FEES & PAYMENTS

TERMS & CONDITION OF PAYMENTS

Term fees are invoiced during the school holidays and payments are due by the 2nd week of each term. ( Late payments incur a $20.00 Late fee.)

The En Pointe School of Ballet offers a 10% family discount off the total bill when more than one child is enrolled in the school.

Examination fees are set by the Ballet Conservatoire and are subject to change.

Costume & Production fees are charged at $75.00 and $40.00 for each additional costume hired. (included on your term 3 invoice.)

There is an annual admin/insurance fee of $30.00 (included on your term 1 invoice)

Term fees are set regardless of shorter / longer terms or Public holidays. Fee prices are based on a ten week term.

Fees are non-refundable however if you miss a class you are welcome to attend a ’make up the class’ at a suitable time for you.

Refunds will NOT be issued for Covid-19 Government implemented lockdown periods. Classes will be offered online or where eligible you can attend make-up lessons.
 

COVID LOCKDOWN FEE POLICY

We understand that learning from home online is not quite the same dancing face to face in the studio. As such we have introduced a new fee policy to compensate for this in all current and future Covid effected terms. This will give you certainty of what to expect each time a lockdown is imposed and assure you that we are offering a fair and considered pricing structure.

 

A15% discount will be applied to your next terms invoice for each week that was delivered online in the current term due to government imposed Covid restrictions.
 

 Example: 

Term 3: Four weeks delivered online, and six weeks delivered face to face in the studio -

Term 4: You receive a 15% discount applied to 4 of the weeks on your term 4 invoice.

T&C's: The 'Lockdown Online Class Credit' is non-transferable. Credits can only be applied towards the next terms invoice for returning students as a refund.


Continual late payment or failure to pay term fees may result in dismissal from the En Pointe School of Ballet.

Fees are subject to change and do not include GST.
