Born in Johannesburg, South Africa. At the young age of 16, Jessica started performing in the corps de ballet of the South African Ballet Theatre and went onto joining the company 2 years later. Soon after she began performing soloist and principal roles such as; Clara in the Nutcracker, Princess Florine and the Song Bird Fairy in The Sleeping Beauty, Peasant pas de deux and Lead Willi in Giselle.

Jessica wanted to grow more as a dancer and the best way to achieve this was by learning from other dancers and teachers from all over the world. Competing in International Ballet Competitions (IBC) was a way for Jessica to achieve her ambition.

She went onto winning the Silver Medal at the Korea IBC, Special Award for Artistry in the prestigious Varna IBC, Award for Best Pas de duex and Galina Ulanova Award for Artistry at Arabesque in Perm Russia as well as Best pas de duex in Beijing IBC.

This lead Jessica to joining the Universal Ballet Company in South Korea where she danced for 2 years until she sadly received a tragic knee injury.

It was during her recovery that she began teaching and realized a new passion. After much determination and rehab she wanted to share her knowledge and experience with future generations in order for them to live their dream and prevent them from injury.

Jessica then studied under Mr Albert Mirzoyan (Pedagogue of the Vaganova Methodology and Ballet Master of the Vaganova Academy) and after completion attained her Vaganova Teachers Qualification for level 1 - level 6.

It is Jessica's ambition to bring the best level of training to aspiring young dancers and help them achieve their dream as professional ballet dancers.
